2086034 - Signal 11 in pci_cfgmgr_pca_config_start during "update statistics" - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • An "Infected with a signal 11" error with a stacktrace in the module pci_cfgmgr_pca_config_start() is reported in the ASE errorlog.
  • It occurs after a table is altered to add a column and a unique clustered index is created.
  • Stacktrace includes the following modules:

pci_cfgmgr_pca_config_start
LeScanContext::LeRequiresMDAUpdate()
RangeImpl::traverseTextNode(DOM_Node,bool,int)
RangeImpl::recurseTreeAndCheck(DOM_Node&,DOM_Node&)
RangeImpl::traverseLeftBoundary(DOM_Node,int)
