• Why is it best practice, when building a Query Workspace query for Drill to Detail (DTD), to choose the [Select Analysis at Runtime] and [Select Filter at Runtime] options?

• If the [Select Analysis at Runtime] and [Select Filter at Runtime] options are used when constructing the query, then when the Drill To Detail results are returned, the left hand menu filter options may be used to apply further filtering of the displayed Drill To Detail results.
   
   
• The best practice when constructing the query is to design a query that returns the full set of records targeting the desired analysis and then applying more detailed filtering on the returned Drill To Detail records.
