2086074 - Termination rates in Supply view - Workforce Planning

• This article explains why in Workforce Planning and Analytics the Supply forecast show termination rates for some org units, but only straight terminations for others.

• Projected termination rates are shown for units at the bottom of the org structure, that is, units with no other units within or beneath them.  Above that bottom level, the specific rates for different units are used to estimate the total number of future terminations for the parent unit.
