2086084 - 'Encrypted' in Employee ID / name field (PDP) - WFA

• Why do I see 'Encrypted' instead of employee ID's or names when I Drill to Detail?

• Some Workforce Analytics and Planning member organisations choose to have PDP (Private Data Protection) status.  These organisations can choose which of their users have access to view fields which hold personally identifying information (usually Employee ID or Name fields) for the employees reported on the i3 Portal.
   
   
• If you have previously been able to see these fields but now cannot, please contact your organisation's Workforce Analytics & Planning portal Administrator in order to request this access to be reinstated or to understand why it has been removed.
