• Can Role-Based Security (RBS) be customised such that users' access is linked to their place in an organisational hierarchy or analysis option?

• Yes it can.
   
  Once prepared, the Inform preview/production site can accept a regular spreadsheet containing a list of users and their current places in a relevant structure or dimension, anything from Organisational Unit to Job Family to Age.  Their access will depend on their placement according to this spreadsheet.
   
   
• Preparing this function for a member requires approximately 4 development days, which can be part of a contract or specially purchased.  It also requires an ongoing commitment by the member to regularly update the spreadsheet, so that users maintain their intended access based on their current positions.
