2086114 - Completing scope change requests - WPA

• Scope change requests normally quote at least 0.25 days, or two hours, for "Complete SCR form".  What, besides physically filling out the form, is included in this part of the quote?

• Everything prior to completing the form is included in this time.  Discussions with the customer and internal research to determine feasibility and difficulty, both of which are crucial to creating an accurate and useful SCR, are the two main tasks that are accounted for.
