Symptom
- In ASE 15.7 ESD#1 and higher, the system extended stored procedures xp_cmdshell creates a file with 640 mode
- Prior to ASE 15.7 ESD#1 a file was creates with 644 mode
- Some client applications upgrading from pre-15.7 ESD#1 ASE need to change permissions on this file
