2086277 - hdblcm does not start, error message may be No such file or directory or install.sh is not an executable program

Symptom

You are not able to execute hdblcm to install a HANA system. Some examples of the error messages that you may have are:

  • cannot find real path for '/mnt/img/51048412/DATA_UNITS/HDB_LCM_LINUX_X86_64/./../install/sdbrun': No such file or directory
  • /hana/shared/<SID>/smartda_temp/install.sh is not an executable program
