SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

• Competency Breakdown Spotlight is a spotlight report and if permissioned for a user, it can be found under Analytics/Reports > Classic View > Spotlight Views.

• This report helps identify team gaps against expected competency levels, as well as average gaps for individual behaviors.

• It is a canned online report with limited filter options.

• It will only display the top 10 competencies by default even though your forms may contain more than 10 competencies. This cannot be changed at present.

• For non-RBP instance, permissions may be granted from Admin Tools > Dashboard/List View/Spotlight View Permission > Select the user or group, and then on the settings page check the List Views box.

• For RBP instance, permissions may be granted through Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Select the role name > Click Permission button > Under User Permissions, select "Reports Permission" > Check "Spotlight View".
