With 1H 2024 release,We changed the way important system notifications are displayed in Admin Center and added a new card to display notification details.Previously, when there were multiple notifications, they were displayed in separate banners on top of the Admin Center page, which could take a lot of space. Now, multiple notifications are combined and displayed in one banner to reduce space, with a summary and a link to a new System Notifications popup for more details. There is no specific order for displaying multiple notifications.
