• We would like Performance Management (PM) forms to stay with the manager that is assigned to the form when it is created, so if at some point during the PM process the manager changes, the form will stay with the old manager

1. To configure the Change Engine Configuration so the PM form stays with the old manager, please ensure the following configuration is set:

     

2. Navigate to Admin Tools > Change Engine Configuration
3. Set the following options (note “Send copy of old form to new manager on completion” is optional), click “I Have Finished” when done.
4. Go to Admin Tools > Automatic Manager Transfer and remove all automatic transfer options as shown below.
5. Click Save:

     

6. Remove the transfer options from the form template(s) in question via Admin Tools > Form Templates > select the template in question.
7. Set the Automatic Transfer option to “Do No Transfer Documents”.
8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save:

      

9. Ensure the Automatic Transfer options are not selected in the Daily HRIS Sync Job in Provisioning.
   Please note as a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner or Account Executive. For any non-implementation tasks, contact Technical Support.

Important Note: Please know that even having the Keep forms with old manager option enabled, if you change the manager to NO_MANAGER while the form is still live in a manager step, system will work as read only and will not allow old manager to give ratings.
