Resolution
- If you have just have admin 2.0 enabled this may be an implementation issue. Please open a case with Customer Success to have the settings checked.
- Customer Support can try resaving the feature. Clicking on the Save button (without making any changes to any settings) under Provisioning > Company Settings > Company Edition has been seen to resolve this type of issue.
Note - One of the four radio buttons should be selected as the appropriate designation for the company type.
