2086745 - Route Maps - Auto Send on Due Date: How to stop forms from moving on due dates - Performance Management

Forms with Auto Send on Due Date were created, and now need to stop forms from moving on the due date. How do we prevent this? Can we disable Auto Send on Due Date for live forms?

How to address the issue where your forms were launched with a send on due date and where you no longer want a form or group of forms to automatically move on that date.

NOTE: In the past SuccessFactors may have offered a back-end solution to disable routing. With the new options available to administrators below, we no longer offer this engineering option and request clients use the supported tools to adjust individual or groups of forms.

Manually correct individual or groups of forms via Admin tools > Modify Form Route Map.

You can modify the route map for each form or for groups of forms, by disabling auto send for each form, or by adjusting the Send on Due Date:

1. Go to Admin Center > Modify Form Route Map. 
   
2. Select the form or groups of forms to update.
3. Remove/uncheck the "Automatic Send on Due Date" option, or simply change your Due Date.
4. Click Next to save the changes.

NOTE: If you do need to route the form backwards please take into account who is in the step prior and how it is permissioned, as that person may now see new information that you do not want them to see. You may also want to disable email notifications when routing documents to prevent users from getting emails.
