  • When try to view the latest instance of the Crystal Reports document, the below error happens:
    This error occurred: The -65276 plug-in does not exist in the CMS (FWM 02017) [CRCAF00000029] happens when viewing the Crystal reports instance
  • Check the History page, find it is an empty page but actually the instances are existed.
