Symptom

Environment

Resolution

Using the routing maps option 'Save As' feature to clone or copy any existing workflow.

  • Go to the route map feature Admin Tools > Performance Management > Manage Route Maps >
  • Open the route map to copy and then you will see the Save As... button to save the current route map with a new name.
  • You can then make any changes to the new workflow. This makes it quick and easy to create multiple route maps that are similar in nature without having to start from scratch each time.
