Can Proxy access to Performance Management forms be restricted by form template?

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Proxy assignments can be made at the module level. For example, an Admin user with Performance Management proxy rights can go into a user’s inbox/en route/completed folders to access and take action on performance forms. In order to maintain the confidentiality of certain forms and data, access can be restricted to certain form templates in Proxy Management.

Permissions can be assigned using Proxy Import or Proxy Management

1. In Proxy Management select "Performance Management Forms" and click "Settings..."

     

2. In Proxy Import enter the Form Template ID in the PM Form Templates column. The form template ID can be found using an ad hoc/table report in the Performance Management domain including the columns Form Template ID & Form Template Name.
