Symptom
Users not being updated via connector and the Connector Run Details report is showing an error message:
“1179 Exception Error occurred while invoking BizX API. Please check BizX Integration settings. Also 'CONNECTOR' admin should exists in BizX.”

Resolution

the CONNECTOR admin is no longer required to exist in Bizx but v4admin is a physical user in Bizx which is required to exist

the Error occurred while invoking BizX API part needs ot be troubleshooted:
- reviewing Bizx/LMS integration configuration settings,
- searching server logs for API call and response (to be performed by product support, more details included in the internal memo)
