2087405 - Incorrect PM Form Being Stack Ranked

The manager reports the wrong form is being Stack Ranked against when a user has multiple forms for the same template in SuccessFactors Performance Management.

• When a user has multiple forms, the system will update/reference the most recent document for an employee based on the form creation date when more than one document meets the criteria per employee.
• If the employee has multiple PM/360 forms that fall within the criteria, it will stack rank the most current form.
• Once forms are created with start and end dates, it is not practical to try to edit many live forms.
• It may not be possible to make the changes needed, however a possible workaround may be to edit the form by changing the end date to be the most recent. Forms need to be in progress to do this.

Example: 2 forms for the same person, one has end date of 7/31/## and another 12/1/##, yet its the one ending July you want to stack rank. Change the end date for the July form to 12/2/## or any date later. This should now make that form the most recent. As a workaround it is not guarantee this will work in all scenarios.
