2087452 - When are Batch Email Notifications Sent? - Consolidated Email Notifications

This article explains when batch e-mail notifications are sent for consolidated e-mail notification.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Email Notification Template Settings
2. Decide the templates to be used for for batch e-mail notifications
3. Select a timing interval for which you receive the e-mails. 
   1.  In the template itself, you can select the following time intervals: 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24;

1. Note: All intervals start from 12:00 am. For example, if you choose “1”, it will send an email out at 12 am,  1 am, 2 am, 3 am etc.  If you choose “4”, it will send an email out at 12 am, 4 am, 8 am etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The Batch E-mail notification feature is used to consolidate multiple e-mails into one appended e-mail. Not all E-mail notifications have a use for batch e-mailing, so the feature is implemented at the template level.
