SuccessFactors supports the automation of most system imports and exports via SFTP/FTP Job Scheduler. The request to schedule a job is done in our background system and is only available for Partners and Support.

To schedule an Employee Import/Export, please raise an case on Support Portal and provide the form that is in attachments session.
