What is the difference between the results from the Validade Import file button and the results shown in the email sent after import is completed?

The reason they are different is that the validate button assumes your import file contains the entire company user data. If therefore your import file is not a complete file, but rather is an incremental import, some managers are not in the import file. As the complete company hierarchy is not in the file, it is impossible for our system to do a complete and accurate validation. Therefore you are likely to receive different error messages on-screen than you receive in your email notification.
