Resolution
- Certain email notifications can be customized to be sent to additional roles (example: Employee, Manager, HR Rep, Matrix Manager);
- It is possible to set the interval that the notifications will be sent when they are consolidated;
- The email notification settings can be customized on a per-template basis.
- Go to Admin Tools > Company Settings> Email Notification Template Settings.
- Choose the email template to be updated e.g. Document Creation Notification
- Click the link Customize Settings for Form Templates.
A pop-up screen appears with each active form template listed.
4. On a per-template basis you can choose whether to Enable notifications for each template, whether emails are consolidated and sent at specific intervals, and which additional roles should receive them:
Note: If you want to deselect selected additional recipients, keep pressing control key and click to deselect additional recipients.
Email templates which allow this level of customization include:
- For Documents: Creation, Routing, Reject, Forward and Completion notifications
- For Goals: Creation, Deletion and Modification notifications
- For Reports: Failure, Warning and Success notifications
