What notifications are controlled from Admin Tools: Company System and Logo Settings > Enter the email addresses, separated by commas, for all the users that wish to receive the notifications?

You can manage a list of recipients for system emails from Admin Tools: Company System and Logo Settings > Enter the email addresses, separated by commas, for all the users that wish to receive the notifications.

When you enter an email address here the user will receive the following notifications:

• Live Profile Import Notification
• • Personal information import
  • Trend data import
  • Background information import

All other FTP import notifications require that SuccessFactors add the email address via Provisioning. Please open a support case if you have changes to the recipient list on record for your automated FTP jobs:
