2088118 - Home Page Tiles: How to reset tiles for all - BizX Platform

• The preview of the home page based on new settings looks fine. When I save and actually navigate to the home page, it looks completely different.
• How to I apply the change to tiles to all users?

This issue could be caused by the user that you're testing with having changed their initial home page layout. The admin page allows you to set the initial, default layout of the home page for all users, but once a user changes that layout in any way, we keep the layout that the user has set, even if you change things in admin later. The reasoning behind this is that if users have spent time customizing their home page exactly the way they like it, it might be annoying to automatically override those changes every time you make a change in admin.

However, there is a way to manually override any user changes. There's a button on the Admin page that says "Reset all users". Clicking that will automatically reset all users to the default layout specified in the admin page and shown on the Preview page. Once you hit "Reset all users", there should be no difference between the layout shown on a user's page and the same set of tiles on the Preview page.
