2088190 - RFC server cannot access WSDL - DQM for SAP

Symptom

  • RFC installation.
  • View WSDL from DS Management Console will open.
  • Opening WSDL from outside DS Mgmt Console will not open.
  • RFC will not start, cannot access the Data Services WSDL.
  • The RFC Server installed on <servername> couldn't access the WSDL URL <Data Services WSDL URL>.
