2088219 - Refresh data results in UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_000

After enabling the model parameter ENABLE_HANA_MDX, users are receiving an error when refreshing a report or an input template. Running BPC_HANA_MIGRATE_FROM_10 program the issue is resolved but returns after a short period of time.
