Why the system may be prompting a password change?

    Here are the reasons why the system may be prompting a password change:

1. The default password policy may require you to update your password periodically.
    
2. The password policy may have been updated since you last used the system – requiring you to create a new password. The variables associated with the password are described in the admin guide.
   
   
3. If the password is fed in the import file and it's length exceeds the maximum password length mentioned in the password policy, the system will also ask to change the password.
