• This can be used when troubleshooting why someone cannot do something or report on something.
• Is it possible to see the groups assigned to an user in the system?

To check the permissions assigned to an user, please follow the steps below: 

1. Go to "RBP Troubleshooting" feature.
2. "User Role and Permission Search";
3. Add the User in "Access User";
4. Click on "Search".

As an enhancement from 2511 release, it is now possible to search by groups assigned to an user: 

1. Go to "RBP Troubleshooting" feature.
2. "User Group Search";
3. Add the User in "User";
4. Click on "Search".
