How to enable, disable and use Spell Check for Performance forms.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Launch a Performance form.
2. Spell Check function is not available.
Cause
Spell Check function must first be enabled for use in Performance forms.
Resolution
Enable Spell Check
The 'Spell Check' function gives the user the option to perform a spell check on their performance form.
To enable Spell Check, implement the following instructions:
1. Go to Admin Centre > Performance Management > Form Template Settings.
2. Select the required form template.
3. Select checkbox for option 'Enable Spell Check'.
Note: This change applies to existing Performance forms.
This function allows spell-checking of the entire form.
To use this function in a performance form, select the 'Actions' menu in the top-right corner of the form, and select 'Spell Check the entire form'.
This will run a spell check of the entire form.
Enable Spell Check On Route
The 'Spell Check On Route' function creates a pop-up window when the form is sent to the next step. This pop-up window gives the user the option to perform a spell check before sending the form to the next step.
To enable Spell Check On Route, implement the following instructions:
1. Go to Admin Centre > Performance Management > Form Template Settings.
2. Select the required form template.
3. De-select the checkbox for option 'Disable Spell Check On Route'.
Note: This change applies to existing Performance forms.
This function prompts the user with the option to spell check the entire form.
To use this function in a performance form, select the 'Send to next step' button, and the pop-up window will appear automatically.
This will run a spell check of the entire form.

In order to use spell check functions, these must first be enabled in Provisioning company settings.

Note:
- The Spell Check is carried out on the Performance Form. The Spell Check en route will only be prompted when the first "Send to next step" button is selected on the form.
- On the "Send to next step" page, there is no spell check function for the Document routing comment box.
