2089389 - Recursive call fails in a PowerBuilder .NET user object that has a parameterized constructor

Symptom

Created a PowerBuilder userObject inside another PowerBuilder userObject. Both are from the same object type, similar to a recursive call. This userObject has a parameterized constructor that works on the first call, but it doesn't in the second call. Powerbuilder is not entering inside the constructor.
