• General information on SuccessFactors Data Centers and their associated outbound IP addresses.
• Information is relevant for Production and Preview instances.
• All Data Centers are under the Akamai umbrella. Therefore, we only support Domain allow listing.
• We do allow allowlisting by IP address for SFTP and prodmail servers.
• The Akamai IP assignment is totally random/dynamic based on traffic, location, etc. There are over 250K IPs in Akamai that are dynamically assigned.
• We cannot predict when the IP will change.
