2089758 - Journal ID is not overwritten after running process chain "/CPMB/RESTORE_JOURNALS"

Symptom

After running process chain "/CPMB/RESTORE_JOURNALS", the status of restored Journal entry will be changed to "Saved" and the Journal ID is merged instead of being overwritten.

For example:

The journal entries are :

Journal ID   Description  Status

1                 TEST1         POST

2                 TEST2         UNPOST

After running process chain "/CPMB/EXPORT_JOURNAL" -> "/CPMB/RESTORE_JOURNALS", the Journal entries are:

Journal ID   Description  Status

1                 TEST1         POST

2                 TEST2         UNPOST

3                 TEST1         SAVED

4                 TEST2         SAVED
