2089974 - CCDB store bo40.dump_all_xml returns error "Upload failed 'Corrupted'", EWA warns "alert configuration dump could not be read from Change and Configuration Database" - Solution Manager 7.10

Symptom

  • After setting up diagnostics and EWA for XXX system in Solution manager
  • EWA report of BI4 system contains warning : "The configuration dump 'bo40.dump_all_xml' could not be read from Change and Configuration Database - CCDB. To analyze missing data in the CCDB, go to 'Change Reporting' in the 'Root Cause Analysis' work center. Choose the system and the store.
    CCDB Store: bo40.dump_all_xml with key fields CL_DIAGLS_BOBJ_SERVER used in section 'Business Intelligence Platform - Technology Checks'."
