Symptom

The Installation of BI_CONT 757 using SAINT tool aborts in DDIC_ACTIVATION phase with the following error in log SAPA-757ADINBICONT.<SAPSID>:

Data Element UPA_MCB_Y_FISCPER3 could not be activated
(E- No active domain /BI0/OFISCPER3 available ) 
Table UPA_MCB_YS_RETRACT could not be activated
Table Type UPA_MCB_YT_RETRACT could not be activated
