Symptom

  • After clicking the "Restore" button when the session times out when viewing a Web Intelligence report, the report reopens and takes over the entire BI Launchpad window
  • Alternatively, clicking the "Stay on this page" button instead does not appear to do anything
  • The full window behavior results in not being able to return to BI Launchpad without closing and reopening the browser tab.
  • This behavior is observed in Internet Explorer and Firefox. The same workflow does not restore the session at all in Chrome
