Symptom
Recruiting Marketing creates hundreds of specific and generic Talent Landing Pages for job-seeking candidates to land on, find the jobs they want, and apply to them. Typically these are broken out into two types: Strategy pages, which are focused on big, broad areas of critical hiring needs (for example, Information Technology Jobs) and then SEO pages, which are based on keyword and location combinations that candidates may be searching for (for example, Information Technology Jobs in Bangalore).
However, occasionally, there may be no applicable jobs for a particular Talent Landing/Category Page, at which time a candidate would see the below on their site
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Recruiting Marketing career site
2. View a Category page
3. 10 jobs showing that has nothing to do with the Category page
Resolution
In this case, since there are 0 jobs appearing on this page, we usually typically present a link for the candidate to join the Talent Community, and receive an update when new jobs are added here for them to apply to.
Alternatively, we also present the 10 most recent jobs that have been collected (just the 10 most recent--these are jobs that are determined not based on their relevancy or any other content) at the bottom of the page for the candidate to peruse and apply for.
