2090915 - BW Data Loads fail with Dump DBSQL_SQL_ERROR and short text 'SQL error SQL code: -10709 occurred while accessing table'

• BW Data loads fail with a Dump that has the header DBSQL_SQL_ERROR. In transacton st22 the dump has the short text SQL error "SQL code: -10709" occurred while accessing table.
• In the work process trace file you see error SQLCODE: -10709 with SQLERRTEXT: Connect failed (no reachable host left).
• In this case no failover/takeover was done beforehand. This is important as a similar error can occur if failover configuration is not correct and therefore this SAP Knowledge Base Article would not apply.
• In general the connection from the BW application server(s) to the HANA Database is working well.
