2090968 - ERROR #5152 DSI: There is a system transaction whose state is not known - SRS

Symptom

  • When replicating from SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) to ASE the following message is reported in SAP Replication Server (SRS) errorlog:

ERROR #5152 DSI(182 ds.db) - dsisched.c(3989) There is a system transaction whose state is not known. DSI will be shutdown.
The DSI thread for database ds.db is shutdown.

  • Unable to resume a connection after a failed system transaction using the "resume connection to ds.db execute transaction" command.
