2091076 - "Failed to update cache for execution" when running BI 4.X Update Setup

• While trying to update the BI platform server, receive error: "Failed to update cache for execution..." .
• It may happens with other setups of BI Platform while upgrading / applying any patch.

• While checking the setupengine.log found below log's i.e. setup was not able to create directories :
