2091417 - How to Enable PDF printing in People Profile

• Is there a way to control the Print/PDF in the ESS/MSS options?
• How to add the Print/PDF button for the Take Action Menu in People Profile.

• During implementation, a company instance is typically setup with the ability to print People Profiles in the PDF format.
• If this ability is not available in your instance, please contact your implementation partner to have them send you a CCOR.
• Alternately, open a support case with Product Support who can update the data model to support PDF printing for Profiles.
• The tags that would need to be changed are as follows: 
• If the button Create PDF doesn’t appear in People Profile, this indicates the data model has the view template Employee Profile setup.
• With pdf-printing-enabled set to true:

• File a change request in order to set this value to True.
• Once this done, the create button will show up in the profile.
