2091434 - Fields not showing in dropdown when trying to add to Live Profile User Information Portlet in Configure People Profile

Standard/Userinfo Element is not displaying in dropdown list when trying to add to Live Profile portlet in Configure People Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Configure People Profile;
2. Click in Live Profile User Information block;
3. Click "Add field";
4. Go tohrough the list and see there is a missing standard/user information element that is enabled in BCUI/Succession Data Model

The field is not included in "sysAllUserDirectorySetting" template in BCUI/Succession Data Model

Ensure that the standard/userinfo element which is defined in the Data Model is also included in the “sysAllUserDirectorySetting” template as per below example:

Via BCUI, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Open "Manage Business Configuration";
2. Expand "Employee Profile" section;
3. Expand "View Template";
4. Select "sysUserDirectorySetting";
5. Edit the "sysAllUserDirectorySetting" in "Edit";
6. Add the concerning field;
7. Hit "Done" and "Save".
