2091452 - Employee not seeing all forms in History tab - Performance Management

• I have permission to view the Employee Profile History tab of other employees, but I am not seeing any or all the data.
• My employee is not seeing all their forms or goal templates in the History tab.
• My employees are not seeing the all of the data in the employee profile history tab why? 

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

. For Forms:

• Form should be: PM/360
• Form status is Completed
• If Employee is viewing his/her own History Tab: A  copy of the completed form resides in the employees Completed folder.
• If  Employee with permission (Employee A) is viewing History of another employee (Employee B): A  copy of the Employee B’s completed form  must resides completed folder of Employee A.
• Subject of the form must be the employee whose History is being reviewed.
• Date Range (Review End Date): Within the year.
  
  

For Goal Template:

• Goal Plan Status should be Active.
• Goal Plan Owner should be the employee for whose History is being reviewed.
• Goal Plan due date and start date must be in the same year.
