2091617 - VRP: Performance Improvement on loading template in comp admin 2.0 - Compensation

Symptom

Problem: 

  • Opening a Variable Pay template in Comp Admin 2.0 is taking a lot of time/timing out.
     
  • You are trying to open a Variable Pay template in Comp Admin 2.0 but the page is taking a lot of time to open or timing out.

  • But the template opens just fine in the old admin tools.

Environment

  • Compensation

Cause

  • This could be happening because the number of record in the employee history file is large.

Resolution

  • For our valued customer:
     
    Please create a support ticket and the CS team would increase the Employee History threshold limit.
     
  •  NOTE to CS team/partner:
     
    Go to Provisioning->Company Settings.
     
     
     
  • Enter value 500 in the below thresholds:
