KBA is available in German and English text version

When using transaction ES64/ES66 field 'Valid From' (ITOB-DATAB) get's changed to today's date in transaction IQ03.

Bei Änderungen in Transaktion ES64/ES66 wird das Feld "Gültig Ab" (ITOB-DATAB) in Transaktion IQ03 auf das Tagesdatum geändert.
