2092823 - External guest licensing notifications - SAP Jam

SAP Jam administrators are receiving an email notice which states "Your company is using 100% of your licensed external guest user accounts. To obtain more licenses, please contact your account representative."

• For customers having SAP Jam Advanced Plus edition &  SAP Jam Enterprise edition, the default allowance is 100 external user accounts.
• If customers have legitimately exceeded their allotment of external guest user licenses, they need to contact their sales representative to increase their licenses. There is no way to stop the emails as they go out daily as long as they aren't in compliance with their licensing. The other thing they can do is review their current external guest users and see if any can be disabled.
