Note: All import files can be downloaded from Admin tools > Import Employee Data
Creating a new Dependent via import <Guide Link>
- Import Biographical Information for a dependent by assigning a suitable person-id-external to it
Note: Leave the user-id column blank while importing Biographical Information for dependents - Then do the Person Relationship import:
- Enter the person-id-external assigned in Step 1 to the field Related Person ID External
- Add the employee’s person id in Person ID External field .See Here 2806252 - How To Retrieve Dependents Related Information via ORD
- Now National Id, Personal information, Addresses and Global Information can be imported.
Updating an existing Dependent data via import
When existing Dependent Data, relevant entity import files have to be used mentioning the person ID from step1 in above scenario.
Eg: For corrupted records, you can go to the "Import Employee Data" and perform a Personal Info Import (Incremental Mode) to correct them.
