Symptom

  • Frequency values are not available for Pay Components created prior to 01/01/1970.
     
  • When we manually create Pay Component Foundation Objects via the UI, we are not able to select a Frequency value at all if the Pay Component Foundation Objects creation date is set prior to 01/01/1970.
