Symptom

  • ERROR ON CLICKING WORKFLOW APPROVAL NOTIFICATION FOR TERMINATED EMPLOYEES.

Reproducing the Issue

  • I am getting an error when I click on any Termination  approval notifications under My notifications page..

    Go To Pending requests > My notifications > Click on any termination notification.

  •  Trigger’s Following Error Page:

Cause

  • This user doesn’t have permission to view an inactive employee’s profile.

Resolution

  • Give appropriate pemission to see Inactive employee’s profile.

  • Go to theSpecific Roles > Click Permission > Manage User > Check the box > Include inactive employees in the search.
