2093496 - Cannot create search connector for SAPAPPLH software component in ESH_COCKPIT

• When you try to create search connector for any data model (for example CUSTOMER_H, MATERIAL_H, ARTICLE_H, BANK_H, etc...) in Software Component SAPAPPLH, you get an error "Template XXX is switched off. Connector cannot be created".
• You try to create a connector in the cockpit or with SAP_ESH_CREATE_INDEX_SC in Task Lists and you get the error "Search object connector based on model XXX must be created first"

• Valid for SAP Basis Component 7.40, 7.50, 7,51.
