2093552 - LMS - Connector SF – There is not showing “Apply button” - Learning

Symptom

Customer cannot upload user data of BizX to LMS because "Apply"

Environment

Learning Management System (LMS)

Resolution

  • Go to check out in the System Admin -> Connectors -> Connectors -SF

  • 1- Check out in the System Admin -> Connectors -> Connectors-SF

  • 2. Verify if the Admin ID has the role Management Role ID: ALL_CONNECTOR
    • -System Admin -> Security -> Role Management
    • -Click on Search
    • -Select ALL_CONNECTOR
    • -Select Users/Administrators
  • And see if the User/Administrator has the Role, if it doesn’t the button Apply will not
    appear on the screen of Connector - SF
